NOTE ON IMAGE QUALITY:
- Preferred resolution for printing is 300 ppi for all sizes.
- If you send a low quality image not fit for printing, we will contact you via Etsy messages.
- You will have 7 business days to supply us with a higher resolution image via email or Etsy messages.
- If you do not respond within 7 business days, the poster will be sent to print AS-IS.
- No posters will be corrected, reprinted, or refunded if you do not respond within 7 business days.
NOTE ON CUSTOM DESIGN APPROVALS:
- If you request a custom design for your poster, we will design and send it to you.
- You will have 10 business days to approve the design after we send it for your approval.
- After 10 business days with no response, the design will be considered approved and ready to print.
- No posters will be corrected, reprinted, or refunded if you do not approve the design within 10 business days.
